I am surprised these were ever a thing, they can not be stacked because of the top so imaging trying to load up the cargo area of a train of ship with a bunch of these! very inefficient design.

May i ask if a link or information could be given on a tire? I'm looking for one, too. Thank you !
@MemphisApplegate2 ай бұрын
The tire is the key to success. You can get the tire at TRACTOR SUPPLY, or get one online. Big bucks, but worth it, as once you put that tire on the wheelbarrow is almost bullet proof. They put tube tires on new wheelbarrows to keep the price down, but they are worthless.

Oh dear what a shame, he used the timber the wrong way around and nailed it together! It will fall apart, end of...... ALWAYS use your timber flat not on edge, a gate doesn't need to have depth, it needs strength. And if you can't cut joints use screws and glue, okay? KZbin is a bad place, it allows those who don't know any better to teach those who haven't got a clue!
@MemphisApplegate3 ай бұрын
I only have about a thousand or so videos, and being a new-comer at this, I went to your channel to get some hints on gate building. I have some bad news for you; Those scum at KZbin have deleted all your perfectly produced and educational videos. Fact is they have deleted all your videos, and then let me keep all of mine!!! What a shame indeed that a rookie like me gets to upload videos for ten years, while a real professional like you is not allowed to upload videos at all. If you re-upload your gate building video, let me know, as I would love to see it.

It is interesting to reflect on the fact that what is done here is a weighted feature selection for a regression. The real "computing" is the decision of which features are selected, which you've done with your "wetware." With enough examples and calculations, you can try different combinations of features and see which perform better. The dowel system is a good visualization of these calculations.

No, this project was silly. The results of any horse race is so polluted by randomness that only insider information really works. I don't necessarily mean cheating, I mean to win at horse racing you need to know the horses, the trainers, the jockeys, the track, etc.; you need to live at the track. Here is something else to remember. This is parimutuel betting. The odds you are paid are not the TRUE ODDS, rather the FINAL ODDS are what is left after the track takes their cut. Therefore, even if you conjure up a system that picks the winners, over time that system won't show any project.
@xmurrcattx34982 ай бұрын
@@MemphisApplegate I in no way was saying that this was a way to win at horse racing.

Very cool design I will probably copy. Thank you. Do you think it's wise to use plywood for an outdoor chair? I can see moisture splitting that apart in two seasons. Also, don't see how driving screws into the end grain of plywood has any grip.

Still can't lift my right arm, making drawing too hard. Hoping I'll be back at it on Sunday. This accident upsets our schedule a little, as we only have about 30 more drawings to finish out of the 101 starting point. Hope to see you in a couple of days as we continue the challenge.

Thanks for the kind words. With regard to making more woodworking videos, that is unlikely. I don't trust myself around some of the equipment. Today I stumbled over my own feet, wrecked my right arm and leg, and had trouble even getting up off the floor. Heck fire, I'm as old as Biden and Trump. With age I'm getting shaky, unsteady, and weak. So, as Clint Eastwood would say "a man has to know his limitations." And of course John Wayne would say "life is tough, and it's tougher if you're stupid."

I was the first to applaud his ambition, Perhaps I'll be the last... But though moments come and Moments go, they need not remain unnoticed. EG
@MemphisApplegate5 ай бұрын
If those words come from you, Then they might be poetic. But if you had to look them up, Then i still do not regret it. As moments do come, And moments retire, But we still have the smoke, To help remember the fire. And it is good to relish ambition, It powers us from here to there, But you can never swim long with the fishes, Nor match the falcon to long in the air.

Love from Australia. Thanks for the hard work and dedication you've put into your projects and video format/presentation. I want to execute on this for a future business plan I'd like to execute but I'm not sure how to do it within our context (not having availability of specialist tools). I might have to look into working with men's sheds and local high schools with wood shops.

How awesome that you are making houses with the size of apartments that are important for the Purple Martin survival! Their numbers are already diminishing from pesticides and mercury levels where they winter in the Amazon basin. Providing the right size housing for them is the least we can do to keep them healthy, less prone to predators, and breeding properly. Way to go! Thank you, from a serious PM landlord. 😊
