I was just recently sent home from salt lake City Utah university of Utah I was going to Denver to get a new Life and found myself falling down and I had to call for help with the 911 for the emergency room and I ended up staying there waiting to have the heart surgery of a lifetime 6 months later I was released and thrown on the street the only shelter in town is this litehouse so I stayed until my first appointment with the surgeon and now I'm living out side at a bus station between salt lake City and Oregon bend .my medical provider has asked me to apply for social security income benefits to help me get my life back together with the medical insurance plan.

I have on both of my knees and both of my hips and both hands on my back and chest so everyday its painful stressful. I also have a pinch nerve in my back L4 which goes down to my but cheek left side. And it goes into my groin all the way down to my foot. I am also type 2 Diabetes which affects my nerves to. Only we know what psin we go thru everyday. It change my life

Had CT scan had MRI with contrast when they found severe narrowing in my spine ect,also went through one back surgery and pain management which being type 2 diabetes raised my blood sugar levels over 400,went too physical therapy after first back surgery which was in 2013 then had problems again and that's when I went to pain management which is just a bandaid lol also raised my blood sugar levels threw the roof

You should actually figure that any kind of lawsuit concerning an injury or disability is going to have some kind of private investigator of video surveillance on you. and if you’re not faking and doing some bogus claim, you have nothing to worry about it’s all of you out there that are pretending to be hurt when you’re not that make the rest of us that have legitimate claims look bad because they think everybody’s a liar because there’s so many people out there pretending so they can get money for something that really didn’t happen to them. There was a guy at work last year that purposely cut his finger off because he thought he was gonna get a couple hundred thousand dollars. His karma literally came back to him six months later and he really did cut off the tip of his finger by accident and the second time they didn’t believe him when it was actually legit happening.

Prudential representative told me I could have my dr write a detail letter before I do the appeal and that was a lie.

Prudential denied my STD but been approving the same health condition. They basically said I’m not depressed no more because the day I went to my dr I wasn’t in acute distress that day.

If I'm asked to file an STD claim and forced to take medical leave with FMLA previously used and I'm not allowed to return to work since the injury didn't affect ability to do job so STD was denied, can I get help from disability attorney or I have to go with an employment attorney? I have objective evidence (Therapists initiated GAD-7 and PHQ-9) and I recorded a session, showing where my Therapists's verbal claims and those he stated on my medical records CLEARLY and undeniably contradict their reason for denying my claim. Prudential refuses to review this evidence because their "system doesn't allow them to". I also have a LTD claim with Lincoln Financial Group. They denied benefits after paying for 8 months. I have an attorney for my non-ERISA LTD claim. We were able to get all my benefits paid for my own occupation claim, but they denied the any occupation portion of my claim. We are on the 2nd denial with Lincoln Financial Group and will probably sue them. My SSA SSDI claim is currently in the hearing stage and hopefully the SSDI claim will be approved within the year? Lincoln Financial Group lied to me about having a non-ERISA policy, but I paid 100% of the premiums. My former employer, a non-ERISA company, did NOT pay 1 cent of the premiums; thus, my claim was always 100% non-ERISA. Be careful with Lincoln Financial Group, they lie all the time, even if you have an attorney and you have all the medical evidence.

I finally made an appointment with a Dr. My symptoms are: rectum bleeding, blood in my stool, I go 5 to 20 times EVERYDAY, I have leakage of blood, everything I eat comes right out within less than 30 minutes, I have the urge to go all the time, even if I don't eat anything nor drink anything, I still go 5 to 20 times, I have loose stool, I have clumps of blood on my toilet papers, I think stress causes me to go more and causes blood in my stool, I eat once a day and I still go 5 to 20 times EVERYDAY...it makes me exhausted and tired. I never been checked, because it's embarrassing and I feel that I won't be taken seriously of my symptoms and conditions. But, I have no choice now but to make an appointment with a Dr. To see what I have so I can file for disability benefits. And because I have rectum bleeding, I wanna make sure it's not rectum cancer. For my age, I'm due for a colonoscopy too. Hopefully and prayerfully, at my appointment with the Dr., I'll be taken seriously and not brushed off as nothing. It's finally taken me this long to make an appointment with a Dr.

I had my total knee replacement over 3 years ago and it turns out that I have metal allergy and sensitivity. I’ve keep getting denied for disability. They are thieves. They open campuses and sponsor stadiums but can't pay their clients what they are owed. I'm going back to work still hurting because i have children to feed. Met life is a joke. If you plan on leaving work for an extended period of time don't count on them giving you what you are owed, if anything. My experience with them was horrible and they fought me every step of the way.

I have it and my daily life is horrible some ppl can work with it. I tried and recently I have not been able to work for 3 yrs now. My last job It was impossible for me I constantly called in I couldn't do certain things I got written up so many time. My body forced my to stop. I tried to attend a function I left in 45 mi I had to leave.. My days are bad every day however there are worse days..I dont have good days what it is if my muscles arnt flaring I can make a small meal that's it thou if it's worse I get a bowl of cereal and milk. That's the only difference

My problem is I'm in the settling stage. LF thinks my case is low value. The rejected the cut to the chase offer.
