This was great! You included a lot of important details that another recap I watched glossed over (which is what sent me to yours; I couldn't remember the details, and that other recap left me confused). I just wish you didn't have the cartoon Violet--cute as she is--overlayed on top of the screen. I find it distracting.

I haven't seen part 1 of season 7 but have read all the books so this was easy to follow. I think I'm going to enjoy this season very much. I'm anxious for it to be released so i can get it from the library.

Ich hatte immer die leise „Befürchtung“, dass Outlander nicht mit Jamie und Claire zu Ende geht, sondern es wohl möglich mit Brianna und Roger weitergehen würde. Zum Glück ist das ja wohl nicht der Fall 😅. Das wäre furchtbar. Outlander ist die Geschichte von Claire&Jamie. Wenn ihre Reise zu Ende ist (wie auch immer das Ende sein wird😢), dann ist für mich auch Outlander vorbei. Wen interessiert es da, wer die Eltern waren?! Mich nicht…. Sorry!

My mother is from Marsielle France, and comes from a very long line of witches. But my mom believes that we are descendants of Catherine De’Medici. Our ancestry goes back all the way and we did find a relationship to Charles the Bald, Napoleon Bonaparte, and Louis II. And that’s all that we know of. But my great great grandmother was council to some very high up members or French society back in the 1800s and she was the last witch of our family that was able to be open about it. Witchcraft was super common among the nobility even tho it’s looked down upon, they just didn’t talk about it. Even Queen Victoria had a witch/perfumer/fisik (herbal doctor) that was said to curse her enemies. Whether it’s all bs or not, you Queen Catherine De’Medici was known to use witches to get her way and we’ll never know how much their influence had power over France.
