How did you start the car without the battery and air filter attached? Did you have to re-assemble everything before running through the gears?

Hey. Last month my Yukon dash lights went crazy for 20 minutes. This month my overhead dome/courtesy lights don't come on with the dimmer nor the door open. They Do work when the ceiling button is pressed. SO should I be suspicious of my Body module? ~N

Incredible. Volume went out, couldn't adjust anything volume knob, volume steering wheel buttons, fade/balance etc, but the radio had power and I could change radio stations. Fiddled with the fuse and it all came back on!

Certain years used shorter head bolts that would back out and create the blown gasket symptom... paid $3500 to re-sleave the block with the steel inserts on a 1999 Eldorado and the car ran like a champ! 😎

This will actually work. Same principle works for "reviving dewalt 18v or 20v. Only diff is, you have to use 2 wires that connect to the exact same battery. For ex: 2 20v dewalt batteries with one wire on each pos and neg terminal.. it gives the battery a "jump start" so that the intended battery charging unit will work.

Do you think the master cylinder will cause all 4 brakes to slightly drag? I can release each one when I open the bleeder screw. Once I drive it for about 3-7 minutes it starts back dragging. I say slightly dragging because I can jack up the truck and turn them by hand with a lot of force. No leaks on the master cylinder or hydro boost. I’ve greased slider pins, bleeding the brakes 3 times, topped off the fluid on both power steering and brake fluid. Power steering is making a whining noise. It’s a 2004 Suburban with hydro boost system. Please help.

Truck has fuel pump and sending about 2 months ago so I checked fuses changed 2 and no start only cranks healthy

So I decided to check all my fuses and when I was done 2 were blown unknown which ones so I replaced them and when I went to start truck it just cranks truck has been fuel pump and sending unit

Yesterday me and my dad changed the gaskets in there and at first there was no more leak I was so happy then we drove to O'Reilly 4 min away and back and when I was parking and got out the truck I saw a huge puddle or powersteering oil like hugeeeeee puddle and me and my dad wjere so confused because we did everything so carefully and correct then we noticed a huge string of power steering fluid coming out between from the break booster and the hydroboost we literaly worked for 5 hours on that for us to fail this showed us that it's better for replace the whole part instead of trying to fix it because we just wasted alot of time and energy it literaly ruined my week no I have no truck until I raise the money to buy the part and find a good mechanic that can come and not charge me an arm an leg for that job

Thanks for this. The valve was $6 at Oreilly's Auto Parts. Easy switch. Old valve was so carboned up it was pitch black. Car runs much better along with the new spark plugs I put in.
