Thankyou for your video Stewart. Sadly I lost my hubby age 43 from copd and very likely undiagnosed fungus inside lungs too. They said he had advanced non TB mycobacterium as well. He felt so unwell on the meds he Could not take them. Even though he really did try. In the end his immune system dropped And he contracted 3 different superbugs in hospital it pretty much finished him off. I really miss him it’s a year and a half since I lost him every day is so hard. Mold in my home has been really bad. The bloke in flat above me is growing weed and because of how the flats were refurbished With tons of gaps and crappy fake tappable walls with more gaps every thing gets down into our Place. It’s so damp we even get black mold and springtails infestation. My daughter now is breathless and I think mold has to be the cause ? I will try to move out but it’s hard as no one wants an infested damp flat. My question is if you was to buy some stuff to kill mold in lungs what 3 or 5 even things would u recommend ?? I fully believe we either have aspergillosis as black mold was creeping Over windows. Or pythiosis mold as that’s what weed growers get from My research. That’s a water fungus not a true fungus , just acts like fungus and most drs don’t Even know about it . I really pray your still fighting on and my heart goes out to you that You have such tough to fight illness. Your an inspiration I wish I had seen your videos years ago. So yeah hope your fighting on and what’s your main go to supplements I can buy.? Stay strong mate .

I’m so sorry to hear about your husband and the condition of your home. I would strongly recommend getting a dehumidifier to take the moisture out of the air. Treat the mould to kill it and remove it then also have an air filter in your house. Keep using the dehumidifier and air filter. I have 3 air filters in my house. Normally you want the dehumidifier away from the air filter. So remove what you currently have and then stop it from growing back. That would be my best advice.

How does climbing a mountain help my multi systemic sarcoidosis?
@stewartarmstrong74304 жыл бұрын
J3GJ how does me raising money for the charity Sarcoidosis UK whilst having Sarcoidosis to raise awareness for a disease that doesn’t get much of any funding help you out personally? Sarcoidosis UK do not receive any funding from our government so they need as much help as possible. They have 4 goals. 1. Provide accurate information 2. Support patients and carers 3. Invest in medical research looking for awareness 4. Raise awareness. I have sarcoidosis which caused scarring and then cavities in my lungs. Due to being on very high dose of prednisolone and having cavities I now also have chronic Pulmonary aspergillosis and an aspergillma in one of my cavities. After coughing up blood and spending over 30 days in hospital and having an embolisation my lung function rapidly declined. Being on oxygen and seeing my Independence disappear I struggled to get my fitness back. Which I achieved to the point where I no longer needed my oxygen. When the lockdown started and I was told to stay indoors because of COVID19 my lung function quickly declined. I saw that SarcoidosisUK were looking to raise funds and awareness so I thought I will do that to help and be a part of something and also give myself a reason to push my lungs as much as possible. Do something I didn’t think I could do. How does any of this help you personally? Probably doesn’t. But who knows. Hopefully the money raised by everyone will help all of us that suffer in silence with a rare disease that often gets overlooked.

It's all in your mind brother.... Take pure bee honey with milk and do breathing exercise you will be fit and fine in a week or so and meditate in the morning for about half an hour. Really people with much worse lung diseases are there. Just try it.. Nothing to loose brother.
@stewartarmstrong74304 жыл бұрын
A nice thought to think that pure bee honey with milk plus breathing exercises would cure the cavities in my lungs. But seeing as I already have pure bee honey and milk plus exercise before I got my lung disease. We can conclude it didn’t stop it from happening. All the best.

Too funny! I use to own & run a “Bad Ass Coffee Company” store. So know little about coffee besides what my favorite is! McDonald’s? I’ve had McDonald’s coffee maybe few times. Don’t remember it being bad!! Good thing!😊 I have no idea what the actual quality of McD’s coffee is, but if on par with rest of thier menu, guessing not so good. Highly processed. With you having the illness you do, especially inside the lungs!! Ouch! But for you especially, that is important because although coffee is a strong antioxidant, it is known to get moldy! Btw, my favorite coffee is based out of Seattle, “LaVattza”!

@ceyui78754 жыл бұрын
hi, i had it for a long time because of black mold, i searched the whole internet for the natural cures. The best ones that helped me is dill herb and homemade apple cider vinegar without filtration. That 2 were the best. I also took vegetable diet with pasta made from rice without gluten, without any sugars and fruit except lemon and grapefruit at first. when i got better i started to make my own buckwheat bread without yeast. I think the dill herb helped me the most, i found out that dill kills black mold. It also helps a lot if you have at least 3 days in a row of not eating 16 hours per day, you eat only in 8 hours. Starving kills them. You can dring only water in that 16 hours.

If his glasses fog up when he wears it, the exhaled air must be partly released pass the edges of the scarf not through it. This implies that inhaled air is entering the same way, so it doesn t give as much protection as laboratory tests suggest.
