@@haleymcfalls3294 i love zatanna. i made me whole account dedicated to her. but her “arc” wasn’t well thought out. they focused more on vandal savage origin story than giving her an actual storyline. need i remind you in the final battle all she did was hold a shield. compared to her role in season1 and 2 this is a major downgrade in story telling. love her though. and love lacey chabert for voicing this iconic rolez

And I agree, we really didn’t get to see a lot of her in the later seasons, but I’m just glad they gave her at least some screen time. And, hopefully if season 5 is confirmed, if they haven’t calendar the show already, then I hope we get to see more of her. She’s a really good character and I really like her development from season 1.

@@haleymcfalls3294 i just wish we saw more development on screen sometimes. something that really got on my nerves with season 4 is her spells. in season 1, she had a ton of spells (examples: causing explosions, cloning herself, turning clothes into snakes and then turning them into ropes, and so on and so forth) however in season 4 her spells only included creating a shield, going invisible and literally that’s it. her spells lost their creative touch. you know? like they really underutilized her character. AND IM PRAYING WE GET A SEASON 5. this show is my lifeeeee

Not to mention I feel like the only reason they kept her as a character was because of her roles in season 1 and 2. I feel like if it were up to the creators they would’ve taken her off as a character.

Fun fact. In the comics zatana is around batmans age and they are childhood friends and were dating as teenages but batman broke up with her because zatara didnt wanna teach him magic because he could sense that batman had the potential to become really powerful but with that power he could also become evil so since he couldnt fully join the world of magic he decided the best thing to do was break it off with her but they also admitted they still have feelings for each other as adults but they dont act on it because they dont wanna do anything to mess up there friendship. Found it weird that they made zatana a kid in young justice.
