No it’s not available to purchase, if you want to purchase from the apple store you have to make reservation of the phone online on Apple store. If reservation is available then you can go and purchase. And reservation for 16 pro max is not available on apple store of UAE

You could've started your Al Muraqqabat journey from Deira Clocktower along Al Maktoum street, there you'll find Rayyan Mandi Restaurant. Must try, too.

Many people still tells me they're from Al Rigga and not Al Muraqqabat, just because they live along or near Al Rigga road only. Al Rigga Road is part of Al Muraqqabat community. From Al Maktoum Street overlooking Deira Clocktower to Salah Al Din Street (Police Station) and Abu Baqer Al Siddique to Al Ghurair, that's the whole Al Muraqqabat. Al Rigga community, on the other hand, is from Union Metro Station to Naif/Baniyas square.
