Nice. I got everything right except my back foot going straight to the ground so it has no chance to land on the board. I always land it with my front foot only. Would you have any tip how could I try to fix it? Logic says just jump higher but if I focus on that then my board does not spin for tre flip.
@evanstarkeyАй бұрын
I used to have a similar issue. I learned how to bring my whole leg up by kind of doing a flamingo pose with my back leg can help. It might sound weird, and I don’t know if that made any sense, but it’s made a difference. After the scoop, I try to swing my back leg and kind of cross it.
@pistopitpitАй бұрын
@@evanstarkey thanks. Makes sense. I am sure having more air time would help me but it feels very difficult to achieve because the scooping foot also needs to jump so it’s like two separate motions in one foot.

whats the takeaway from doing these for almost a year straight?
@evanstarkey2 ай бұрын
I learned where to put my back foot for that scoop. There really is a pocket that when you’re in it just makes it flip so easy. Also, learned my front foot needs to be turned more parallel to the board. Helps get my front foot out the way quicker

Well done. How do you manage to keep your back foot over the board? I have trouble with this part.
@evanstarkey2 ай бұрын
I really struggled with that and sometimes still do. You really have to try and keep your weight mostly over your back foot and that’ll help you keep it under you

Yeah my opinion is just to call it whatever, who cares, the naming conventions are stupid and inconsistent anyway. I know what most tricks are called but i really don't care lol
@Justdont6933 ай бұрын
@@tingle2958 the naming is consistent. It just doesn’t make sense haha at all. I agree with you. I got wierd thought for you. Tre flips are a backside 360 shuvit kickflip right? Not nollie. Technically. A nollie Tre is a nollie frontside 360 shuv kickflip. Which. Is. Stupid.
