What the hell kind of a march is this? Looks like a third world country under the rule of a dictator. I see the ROTC logo in the background. If this is ROTC, then these kids can stay in ROTC. They're not needed in our armed forces.

The whole point of it is it is an "Exhibtion" Perfomance, hence the name. If you search drill regulation they will march the "correct way".

I'm beginning to think that JROTC is nothing but an exhibition. FM 22-5 is pretty succinct when it comes to Drill & Ceremony. There is no "goose stepping" and "hand-clapping".

Bruh, it’s high school. Drill competitions in the JUNIOR ROTC are meant to teach discipline, attention to detail and team work. So chill. Plus with how low recruitment numbers are at the moment, these high school cadets are all we have at the moment. At least they show desire to potentially pursue a military career after they graduate from high scholl
