You cant even begin to compare. The original is epic and iconic, the 2008 version is just very generic, it doesnt even look like a sports car, the design is anything but aerodynamic. Ford really ruined the series with their product placement, just like their ruined Transformers.

The orginal will always be the best.. The bar has been set very high.. To reboot this franchise they need a cool azz car and not something a everyday joe drives from work to home..

If the 2008 show had put the scanner for the 3000 on the grill instead of on top of the hood, it would be a closer competition. But the hood light makes it look like a big glowing nose instead of an eye.

I will always love the original. It's the one that I grew up on. But I will have to admit, the 3000 looks mean! Plus, through time, I've become a Mustang fan.
