Thanks for sharing! I bought this set in a bundle but didn't think I would ever use it until I saw your video. I've really wanted to make floral cards with dark backgrounds too. I had much success thanks to you. I have the same stamping platform so I used bigger cardstock that I could keep anchored with the magnets between multiple stampings and cut to size afterward. If I had to peel it off each time like you did, I'd make an unholy mess. My mom says I'm a "whirling dervish". Again, thanks for the instructions, ideas, and inspiration!

I know this is years after you posted the video but I have to express my appreciation. First of all, I’m just getting around to using this kit so I was looking for examples. I’m just a couple of minutes into your video and I got a tip that for me is life changing. Keep all of those dies together to cut instead of separating them. I can also stamp them altogether with my stamping platform. I can tell from the other comments that there my be a few more pearls of wisdom but I have to thank you for that one. After watching hundreds of craft videos that’s the first time I’ve seen that suggestion and to think you posted it 5 years ago. It’ll save so much time. THANKS A MILLION! 🙏🏽 ❤️

Great cards. I like the shiny one better. I'm sorry though, I had to turn the volume down because you say "and umm" so many times, it was distracting. 🥴

Excellent tutorial! Very well done! I'm heading to dig my mountains of stamps out of storage! Just purchased the 120 set with carrying case of the pens! I'm hooked! I also sent an email to Arteza giving you credit for selling me on these pens! I hope something good happens for you! I tried!

This is a great video, thank you so much! I saw some great Simon Says Stamp inks and have been wondering how these compare to the Distress inks I already own. It’s just like you said - if you are on a bit of a budget, there might be some colors that are so similar that the investment might just be unnecessary. You mentioned that you have all the Distress and Altenew inks, would you be able to say something about the greys and pinks and how they compare? I am especially wondering about Rosie Apple/ Hollyhock/ Rosie Cheeks and Twirling Tutu vs. Abandoned Coral/ Worn Lipstick/ Spun Sugar/ Tattered Rose or the Altenew colors Coral Bliss and Pink Pearl. I‘m also wondering about the light to medium greens from Simon (I already own Archival Citrus and Distress Twisted Citron, Altenew Forest Glades and Frayed Leaf), especially Catkin, Willow and Jellybean. Sorry, I know this is a lot of questions 😅😅😅 I just loved your video, you explained and showed everything so well. Thank you! 🌷🌷🌷

Thank you much for showing me how to do the background with a plastic block and some water added to the pen color - it appears to allow a fairly large are of coverage.

i have been trying to figure out if i can use the ranger archival on watercolor paper and with watercolors, thank you for the video, i have 20 colors of the archival i found at tuesday morning a couple years ago , so i figured if i want to do a floral stamp and do a "no line" stanped impression , i have a few choices lol
@PaperHeartScissors6 жыл бұрын
Hi Deborah, you can most definitely use archival on watercolor paper with watercolor. Just make sure to heat set it or let it dry well before starting. When stamping on watercolor paper if you have a Misti or other stamping tool so that you can stamp multiple times if needed that really helps with the more textured watercolor paper. I really like using a light green ink for no line watercolor myself!
@nafordebi6 жыл бұрын
do you use a watersoluble ink for no line or archival or another waterproof( once it's dry) ink? i actually made a stamping tool which i love it's got a 12x12 stamping surface , then i bought the TH stamp platform which i found after buying it and using it that i much prefer the one i made ! which probably cost me 20$ to make lol

This was exactly what I was looking for. I was given the Arteza Paint Pens as a gift from my daughter and had no idea what you could do with the pens. I am going shopping for water pens etc. tomorrow, and the heck with house work, I will be busy learning what I can accomplish. Great Video, Thank you.
