How did you NOT have to tweak, bend, twist, etc. to get them to fit? I bought some for my 2022 Trailhead Edition and they don't fit. I spent 3 hrs trying to get just the passenger window to fit and no way.

Maaaan thank you for this video, I’ve been having misfire code I’ve replaced fuel pump, injectors, spark plugs, everything…..I’m gonna do this because I knew had to do with the belt, because when I turn it on and just leave it idling for about 5 mins check engine light goes away but comes back on once you start moving forward.

I think I’m experiencing a similiar problem with my 22 trail s 1000. Backed into a rock pretty hard and about 40 miles later starting throwing the misfire code. Do you think a 8 mph rock hit to the rear hitch would be enough to knock the clutch out of alignment?

If machine is running fine until it goes into limp mode and misfire code, that is most likely the problem and the cheapest fix

I have soft widows from Polaris on my 18 general to be honest they suck zippers coming apart snap to hold windows broke they flop around at high speed! Don't ever tow it without straping windows down or they will blow right off

Rear diff broke because while in the air you had it full throttle then when it came back down to the ground the tires instantly came to a stop. It would have been fine if you hit an actual jump that would have made you stay in motion.

How would a misfire be caused from this? That makes no sense.

It's called a misfire code. There are several things that will cause the computer to throw this code. A belt can be bad or when the transmission and engine are not in alignment are usually the most common causes and the easiest to start with. It's crazy how it works and not sure why they do it that way but that's how they work.

I’m about ready to do mine but in the service manual it says to add Loctite 603 to the bearing outer race surface. 16:27 I’m wondering why You didn’t do that you put grease on it.

The picture might be a good recommendation if you’re not driving in mud and water. But most our rides are in mud and water which makes things self locking if you know what I mean.
