Two thoughts, doctor might say vertigo. But I think it’s the effects of solar flares. Ground yourself in nature is the best. Bare feet in the ground and get a grounding mat to sleep on. Listen to high frequency music. Sending you good vibes!!!!!

That’s a comforting thought. I would have thought it would be better there but I think maybe the quality is better there because sometimes here I can walk through the produce and it’s like what is going on

Thanks for the advice. I started out duly vlogging but then I had to go back to work and working from home isn’t that interesting haha but I’ll try the week in my life again and see how I go 😀

yeah they don't have the nice cotton ones anymore, they are all nylon or whatever it is. Rubbish and they are way more expensive. I used to pay £4 but now they are at least £12

Thank you, that's so sweet. I actually grew up in Byron Bay so it's my non-negotiable stop when I come back to visit every 2 years. So yeah, you would be more up to date than me with all of the new places which would be interesting. Unfortunately we're back in the UK now, the vlogs are a bit delayed, but maybe in a couple of years I'll be back 😄

Rice. 200g of rice, 400ml of hot water. Bring to boil. Throw rice in. Cover. 10 minutes on simmer. 10 minutes off the heat. Seperate with fork. Life changed.
