What if you are at the age segment where you don’t need a facelift yet (35-45), but you are starting to see signs of aging especially some facial volume loss in the temples, upper cheeks, tear troughs etc. ? It’s okay to try HA fillers once or twice, but you can’t keep re-filling with hyaluronic acid fillers because they will build up the more you get them, and you end up looking distorted and pillow-faced after a few years. I’ve never tried Sculptra or HA fillers (just once in my lips when I was 25 and I hated it), and I just turned 40 and considering some kind of filler…maybe I’ll start with HA fillers. I think facial fat transfer is superior, and I had it done 5 years ago (combo of micro and nano fat) for my 35th birthday (loved the results, and it lasted 3-4 years), but it’s a surgical procedure and I’d rather not go under anesthesia for elective surgery again until I do a facelift 10 years later. Anyways, I think it’s crazy that women in their 20s are getting fillers, topping it up every 1-2 years, and in their 30s they end up looking puffy and distorted. I know a few people around my age who have been getting fillers regularly for more than 10 years, into their cheeks, lips and probably other areas…now they are in their late 30s and early 40s, and they end up wanting a facelift because all the added volume over the years made their skin stretch out.

I rate her an 8. She is like the Joseph Morgan of women.

Keep spreading misinformation about Sculptra. I'm 60 and have used Sculptra since I was 56. I have firmer skin, slightly more volume and beautiful glowy skin. I would rather that than ugly scar tissue from a facelift any day. This video is BS.
