300mg Wellbutrin made me way too anxious to leave my house. I couldn’t even walk past a window. and when I had to be outside all I could do was hide in bushes or try to bury myself in the ground….. was not for me lmao. Now I have only 150mg with a mood-stablizer added and can finally think straight. glad to see it worked for you ❤ :)

It's funny, I started both of them at once and yea my anxiety was a little sparked up here and there, but being more awake really helps me be less anxious due to past trauma. I'm 2 weeks in, feeling much more positive!!!! Also I am more productive than usual. It's really nice!! I'm glad these meds are also working for you!!! I love seeing the positive experiences people have been having.

The side effects are what I deal with without taking Buspar So All In feeling hopeful, 3rd day in with it. I’m so desperate for relief of heightened anxiety and insomnia, it’s really awful and effect every part of my life. Social, 3:13 job, mental and physical health. I’ve been living like a zombie . Wellbutrin destroyed my ex. Made her a psychotic suicidal mess. Idk why yt is throwing this video in my feed, but be very careful with ssris. She felt great at first then 3 months in she was screaming at her family and friends, breaking down mentally in stores, and acting recklessly and with no impulse control. My mental health turned to a wreck trying to hold her together and getting her off this terrible drug.

Like the commenter said above. Wellbutrin is not an SSRI. But you’re right, people have to be incredibly careful with these meds. I’m sorry it was so detrimental to her health😞 these drugs are not for everyone and people should be very cautious and take this very seriously. I wonder if after the 3 months they changed her dosing. Regardless it seems like it was not the drug for her. I’m sorry you got caught up in the chaos of it all, you sound like a wonderful partner doing your best to help her, even at your own expense. I hope you and your mental health are in a good place right now, I wish you all the best✨ thank you for sharing your story.

@@jabrokneetoeknee6448 not sure. We broke up after she quit the drug cold turkey, started hallucinating and her whole personality became cold and cut off. She blamed me for all her issues and became more reckless and untrustworthy. Terrible having someone you loved change in an instant into something unrecognizable. She had many exes before me. Two kids from two different men. I was her longest relationship just over 1 years, I can see why now. Her mom is bipolar and I really think she is too.

@@robertmakesashow7089 thank you. It’s been a tough few months after our break up. Right after my grandfather died she blamed me for all her issues. Hurtful thing to hear and hold on to. I’ve also been dealing with Lyme disease, just diagnosed, and the stress of all this has worn me down. Starting to feel better with treatment. I really think she is bipolar. I don’t know how else to explain her behavior. I miss her two boys very much and hope she eventually finds real help.

I am going into my week 3 now, most of the time I am anxious but there are some calm moments. However, during the down moments, my brain really convinced me that Buspar would not work for me! After week 4 hit, how did you know the medicine kicked in, instead of another round of ups and downs?

Thank you for your excellent comment 🙏✨ I’m pretty hyper self observant. I could tell in how I went about my day that I was leveling out. Had more consistent stretches of anxiety relief. Not complete relief but definitely a lot better than normal. It continued to smooth out for the preceding months afterwards then I think I really just leveled out by months 3-5 with no noticeable change. I decided just to stick with the low dose because it was enough for me. I still got nervous but it was improved. I was depressed at the time and also started taking zoloft and wellbutrin which helped but definitely sent me towards months more of side effects before those leveled out.

I'm on my second pill and I'm taking 5 mg. Twice a day. I'm hoping that it helps my anxiety because I've been very stressed and worried where I can't sleep. Anyhow I'm taking buspar along with alprazolam night so I can sleep in melatonin. How long do you think I need before I have to up the dosage? Can you give me any other insights as to what I can expect? Also does this medicine cause depression?
@robertmakesashow7089
@robertmakesashow7089 Ай бұрын
Hi! I need to preface this by saying i’m not a mental health professional 👍 I’ve been taking this medication for 3 years now and i’m STILL on 10mg a day (5mg in the morning and 5mg in the night). So I’ve never upped my dose and it works for me. I also introduced zoloft and Wellbutrin in the mix at their respective minimally effective doses. I take all three of these meds everyday. I don’t know if i can give you exact advice cuz our med regimen is different. As far as buspar is concerned at the end of my 2nd month taking it I was quite pleased with my results and just such stuck with the dose. I personally don’t believe in benzodiazepines, I think they are way more trouble than they are a help, they are habit forming and overly prescribed and can be a b*tch to get off of. I would try and get off the benzos asap maybe you can taper off or something. It will most likely make your anxiety a little worse, but hopefully you’ll get over the withdrawals fast. in my experience, buspar didn’t cause any depression at all. if anything it might’ve helped a little bit. The Zoloft did the most for my depression, but it took a really really, really really long time to start working as you maybe saw in some of my videos. but anyway it suggested for me to up my buspar to 15mg somewhere around the 2nd month. Buspar is my favorite drug in the world so I don’t think upping it would be so terrible but if you find, like me, that you are feeling okay at 10mg then why mess up a good thing. If you’re not exercising and getting cardio in every other day 30 mins of light jogging moving then you 1000% need to start. I’m not kidding, this is necessary for you and your mental health and it will help your sleep. I wish you the best on your mental health journey!✨✨✨
