Tap on both buds sensors at same time and hold for 5 seconds 4. Put one bud in case. Tap and hold for 5 seconds on bud which is out of case. 5. Repeat step 4 on second but one first is in the case. 6. Put both buds in the case. And shake the case for 10 seconds. 7. Turn on Bluetooth of your phone. 8. Remove both buds from the case. 9. Pair with smartphone from Bluetooth settings.

@AlphaQueenofficial there may be spring mechanism inside which activates & deactivates pairing mode when we open & close the cap of case Now when cap is broken i think pairing mode is deactivated because cap spring mechanism is closed permanently So you should visit repair shop or noise care center Now only they can fix it Its hardware issue not the software

I haven’t faced any battery issue till now, Battery backup is 2-3 hours when doing normal work or watching movies. While gaming on battery it lasts for 30-45 minutes only and gameplay is laggy.

Phone ki network & connection settings ko reset krke dekho Phone me se forget device krke Phir reset kro buds Phir dobara connect krke dekho
