@@zxglix6425 This is the average price in this gated community, which has its own vegetable garden, swimming pool, yoga shala, rancho, playground, etc. You can find out for yourself the prices in these types of communities such as La Ecovilla or Alegria Village, two sister communities. It is always about supply-demand.
