can i take out the battery and load it seperatly from the bike in my apartment? living in the third floor without elevator would be a damn ride even to get the bike up and down :D

Yes. The bike has a door on the side to easily remove the battery.

I love riding both shooting star and lizard rock. Shooting star seems to get rockier each year, but it is a lot of fun. Arms are about to fall off once you get to the bottom.

hello with your experience in e-MTB, which bike would you think is best between 2023 turbo levo base carbon or 2023 Marin E2. Thanks in advance. FYI my style of riding is not a factor. I want to know what YOU think.

How fast does it go
@TroyFrasure Жыл бұрын
It’s a class 1 bike (20 mph w/ peddle assist). It’ll go as fast as you can peddle. I’ve had mine up to 35 mph going down a big hill on road but rarely have it over 15-20 mph on trail (depends on how smooth or chunky the trail).

Tomorrow morning I’d like to take Long Canyon to Albertson’s fire Rd. to Palo Comado Fire Rd., peel off a singletrack on the left and drop down into Chesebro from Shepherd's Flat. Do you know what the trail conditions are like right now, especially after the rain we had? I know the Chesebro clay takes a while to dry out. Is there and mud anywhere? Thanks!

Most parks accept Class 1 (pedal assist) eBikes. Any other are not accepted. The two parks I had done are Skyline Wilderness Park and Moore Creek Park.

Recently bought one too. Love it so far. First thing I highly recommend is to bleed the brake. Many people wasted money on MT7 pro right away, but simple brake job save them $400-$500.

You need a different bike to big of bike for the speed
@oldmanshreddingmtb912 жыл бұрын
This ebike's wheelbase is almost 2in longer than my Ibis Ripmo for the same med size. It makes a more stable bike at high speed but not too much for maneuvering at low speed or turning. And less playful.

If you don't mind narrow field of view, try linear and lower the camera closer to the ground (bike mount). The best results is somebody else taking the video from the ground.

@@oldmanshreddingmtb91 hi, if you hade the choice would you still go with the mx pro and not like maybe trek rail 7? I'm on the fence..
@oldmanshreddingmtb912 жыл бұрын
Depends on your priorities and the type of riding you do . The 2022 trek rails come with the 620wh battery vs the 500wh of the Tazer. The Tazer MX Pro is equiped with DH suspension 170mm and better components that the Rails @160mm. The Tazer come with top components for $7999 vs $6649 basic level Rail 7. I compare all the Rails model including the 9.9 $13k+ and the Tazer still has better components. The Tazer can go to 620Wh with a rebuild battery pack (after market). The only setback of the Tazer MX Pro is the DH fork and turn radius. However you can get the Tazer MX with the regular 170mm single crown fork for lot less than Trek.
@nirdvorkin1352 жыл бұрын
@@oldmanshreddingmtb91 but than the regular tazer mx expert doesn't have the ohlins suspension and still uses the older shimano 7000 motor.

@oldmanshreddingmtb913 жыл бұрын
I recommend to look at your mbps, go with the higher that your GoPro and your editing computer can handle. I used 60 to limit size of files and editing time. If your computer can handle it try 120.
