If that still water is stagnant, those lil fish might have a disease? By doing what you did, even though it makes you feel like you're doing the right thing, you have disrupted the laws of nature. Rivers move and change every rain cycle. We are not in charge of nature.

That's awesome! I'm from Kansas. My cousins have a cornfield by a historic creek bed. When it rains heavily, the field floods, and the runoff makes its way to the creek. If you walk the field in the areas that washed away, you can find chunks of rose quartz around that size. I'm not a "rock hound," but I love nature and collecting rocks. I have a lot of the quartz I've found in a bucket. I'm not sure what to do with it because it's so big 🤷🏼‍♀️
