Powerhead Removal...why are you removing the carburetor dummy?! Don't touch the flywheel either. POWERHEAD REMOVAL. aka engine removal. 🤦‍♂️

It's just nuts and bolts...shifter and throttle linkage and fuel line. That's all.

Taking the flywheel off is justified cause the gentleman hinted he would have to look at the points and ... while at it, the carb certainly should be overhauled, hence removed ! Regards

Just wanted to say thanks. Helped me get powerhead off and back on successfully to replace cracked swivel bracket. Such a bulletproof outboard.

I’ve got the same box man. Had it for going on 13 months and so far so good. It’s not heavy duty, and you can feel that but it gets the job done.

Hey bud great video, I have this same set it's a great grab for the price, I tend to use the Torx T bars a hell of a lot more than the hex heads. Keep up the good work bro I've subbed. GP

You can re grip the red handle too orange for $10 bucks so they match. Also there is a ratchet hack too put a 3/8” head in a 1/4” snap on body for tight spots

Tommy Casselman its funny you mention that haha i actually have a handle on order to swap it but i didnt know about the 1/4" on a 3/8" thats pretty neat. Thanks for watching!

I agree on the pliers, working in the engine bay with thick handled pliers is very annoying due to clearance issues. I too have several channellock pliers for the same reason.

nice start to a tool collection good to see your adding tools as you can afford to. And I have been working for more than 15 years out of a box like that and it is still working great so it will be around for a long time.

I have a 3/8 flex head from princess auto that I've had for a little while now but because it s a long handle i rarely use it. I prefer my standard 3/8 soft grip much more.

yeah but i guess you don't have to stand on your head to work on stuff like i do haha. standard handle rarely works for me.

Are you going to be doing any videos on four-stroke cycle engines? There aren't many videos covering them and I'm specifically interested in seeing exactly how the crankshaft in a four-cycle actually functions. The connecting rod in my ATV broke and while I want to fix it, I'm worried there might also be an issue with the flywheel. Sadly I don't know of any Powersports Technicians near my area that could help. I can almost get it to start up but based on what I'm seeing, I think it ultimately has issues when I get to the exhaust stroke. Again I don't know much about this type of stuff though, so I look forward to seeing more of your videos so I can work through this. ATV season is nigh.

I will have a video explaining how a 4 stoke engine works so stay tuned for that!
