If you are asking why I did not jump regularly, it is because this is the first time me actually playing a Doom port with jump enabled. For me Doom (classic) is always being played without jumping, and without a mouse, so without mouse-look, with keyboard control only, played just like in the 90s with auto-aim. With QC:DE this is me playing a Doom port with mouse & keyboard from start to finish. I am not really used to jumping (& WASD) at all as it was never necessary in Doom. Thanks for watching!

Thanks for watching and for your question. Actually this has been the first time that I've really played Freedoom, let alone QC:DE. I'm new to this, which probably can be seen by the way how I play the levels, lol, but I kind of liked Menelkir.

@@letsplayshtum I never played Freedoom, always using doom2.wad. QCDE is my favourite mod actually, playing since 2018. It also has some new extra monsters packs on TSPG (example from Duke Nukem 3D, Blood, Shadow Warrior, Heretic, Hexen, Doom 64, Powerslave) and also I highly recommend new weapon skins in menu (Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, ETQW, Half-Life). Characters which I like - Duke, Caleb, Eleena, Grayson, Painkiller.

@@МусорноеВедроСмертныхГрехов I have just released two Longplays of QC:DE with Freedoom Phase 1. I am currently working on the next longplay (which is Episode 3 of Freedoom Phase 1). Next will be Episode 4, and then Freedoom Phase 2 (all with QC:DE), which I can tease is great, too. Also on my to do list is finishing Doom II and then Doom 64 (Retribution is currently my preference). Then there are additional official & unofficial Doom episodes and mods. Lots of stuff to look forward to. But I am not exclusively limiting myself to the fps genre, I love retro games and pinball, too. I ran into issues recording Duke 3D and No One Lives Forever (another two titles I like). My time is a bit limited though, I got more than one job and many different projects, also music production as a long term goal. I personally don't care about the secret levels as they often have a different feel and look to them - they tend to play differently and if they do they often change the mood compared to the regular level progression. Besides I am playing & testing some of these mods for the first time and as I don't use a guide, a map or the auto-map I naturally don't know every secret. And that's part of the fun of the gameplay / video experience.
