I’ve sold a few things on eBay but there’s always a ‘problem’ when I sell to a certain demographic, those visitors from across the channel. I no longer sell anything on eBay as it’s just not worth the hassle. That said I still purchase the odd item without any issues. I’ve been sent items ‘not as described’ but just put that down to the ‘eBay experience’, never asked for a refund.

The last 2 products I bought off of eBay weren't what was advertised it was the same product but a much cheaper version from what was shown in the ads in both description and photos. I mentioned this to eBay showing them photos of the advertised product and photos of what I received they eventually got back to me and said we can't see anything wrong with the sales? I said so I have to hope to get the product I purchased that makes buying with you a lottery! I buy 95% off of Amazon and that isn't going to be changing anytime soon.
