Hi I’m reading the back mechanic & going through test 1 on page 61 for lower back pain, when it says. “Sit-up tall so that your spine is in its neutral position. Pull up with your hands to compress the spine.” does “pull up with your hands” mean to obtain a firm grip onto the edge of the chair/seat to lock our spine in place or in other words to pull our torso downwards as we go through the test?

This is very concerning. Each day I go to school I am afraid of this occurring. My school has received death threats before. Now that I am in a smaller school with doors that do not lock, this is even more frightening. I am not sure what to do about this. It just should not happen, It is unfair that schools are unsafe. I am constantly reminded during the school day that a shooting may occur.
