I turn 40 this year, and it’s time to sort myself out lol.. so it’s been a bit of a mission this year to get some of the weight gone! If I follow my BMI I’ve still got 3 stone to go, but I’m not convinced that’ll happen anytime soon lol. That is so lovely to hear, thank you. It’s great to know you enjoy them! I love visiting the Netherlands, it’s been a few years since I’ve been over, but I do love to visit, last time we come over we got snowed in! And had to stay an extra day, so we wondered around Amsterdam in the snow.. it was lovely! Such happy memories ❤️

Hi Jamie, I’m not surprised at you changing the minimum spend for free postage especially with given the fact that Royal Mail have increased their postage fees. The circle rewards system sounds fabulous too… I tend to shop direct with you, so the rewards will help us crafters xx

Hi Jamie, the rewards programme sounds great. As for postage charges, I am not surprised. You can not keep taking a hit when Royal Mail keep increasing their charges. £10 for free post is still excellent as most companies charge £30 or £40 before offering free post. Your service has never been an issue for myself. Orders arrive in just a few days, which is more than reasonable. You're not going to please everyone with these changes but that's life isn't it. Keep up the good work and looking forward to seeing more vides and demos 😊

@@brianna56ism - Evening Brianna, Thank you for letting us know, that’s always appreciated. We’ve had a couple of comments on recent videos, but we’ve checked 2 TVs, 3 phones, 2 iPads, a laptop and a pc (sounds like a good haul for a burglary lol).. at our end and all are playing perfectly fine.. so we’re not too sure where the issue is coming from 🙈 But we are investigating and will try our best to get it fixed asap :) we can see a few of you are having the same problem, so it’s got to be a bug somewhere in the system! We will carry on searching x
