The thing about this album is that Fleetwood and McVie played on all the songs... so it's as much a Mac album as 'Say You Will' was. I get they didn't want the pressure of it being in canon, but I'll always think of this as a Fleetwood Mac album.

Soooooooo sad she passed on. Lindsey must have been heartbroken. Yes, as well as all the band. Of course!! But...what other golden duets they could have done...so sad.

Yes, see the love + friendship you two had And, your voices blended seamlessly, yes thr chemistry I surely has changed my perspective of Fleetwood Mac with Christine gone, but, the pushing out of Lindsey was changed the whole perspective ❤

When Lindsey got kicked out of Fleetwood Mac because Stevie was moody and temperamental it shows how ungrateful Mick Fleetwood is. If not for Lindsey the band would have fallen off the face of the planet and what album’s they previously had would end up in the 75% off bargain bin. Christine privately called Lindsey to tell him that she was not apart of that decision. Meanwhile Mick hires two guitar players in his dismissal effort to replace Buckingham. I like Stevie but she was helped so much by Lindsey even after they split as a couple. I lost a great deal of respect for Mick after that low move.

I'm so sentimental about this. Thank you, Bob, Welch period but I'm so sentimental. Because this is such a gorgeous. Beautiful tribute to the magic, Christine McVeigh had with Lindsey, Buckingham and to bolt their genius. And now that she's past, it's even more poignant for sure. Thank you, Lindsey, and thank you, Christine mcv, open heaven. Up in heaven

Just wanted to add real quick. What a magical musical genius, Lindsay Buckingham is and oh my Lord and not to denigrate Christine mcvee at all, but Lindsay took that band over and created the Lindsay Buckingham sound with flee Mac as a backing band and the inspired singers, Christine mcvee and of course Stevie, I mean this. Is magical musical history of course, but? Lindsay Buckingham is a singular genius in popular music history. The guy has been doing it for us for 40 years plus and look at this amazing song. It's genius it's just really simple that's all it is

I can't believe how great these songs are. And this one to specialize, what could have been right on the rumors album, which is 1 of the all time albums of all time, literally, you know, Christine McVeigh and lungi Buckingham are royalty of rock and roll everything. Lindsey touches is gold. And Christine, we love you.God bless emotional and I've never heard this song before until last night. How can that be?I'm a hundred and seventy five years old good lord

Some sure, it's not lost on anyone, how this sounds like rumors and yeah, sure, it is when Lindsey Buckingham took over the band and this is another brilliant example of it. How we could still do it? And oh my Lord, when Fleetwood Mac was the top pop band of the world with rumors and here this song. Is it All Star that belonged on the album all these 30 years later? Oh, my Lord Lindsey Buckingham. The guy is a f****** All Star. All time

I’m a relatively new fan of FM, although when I bought my first “ghetto blaster” type tape player, I got the demo which had a copy of rumours in it. Now this was during my early punk rock years, so not my first choice. Fast forward around 50 years and I can’t get enough of them, both early and later versions, up til Tusk. But I’ve always loved Christine McVie, and she continues to be one of my favourites all time singer/songwriters.

For me, Lindsey and Christine were two of the primary creative influencers that made Fleetwood Mac musically interesting. Both had a huge impact on the Fleetwood Mac's sound, and when either was missing from the lineup, the sound suffered greatly. Firing Lindsey was a terrible decision because it eliminated the creative and driving force behind the music arrangements, recording production and counterpoint, harmony and melody that Lindsey's talent provided and it also affected Linsey's health. Anyone who plays guitar can appreciate the technical proficiency and musical contribution, energy and force that Lindsey contributes to the band which propels Fleetwood Mac's sound and produces music that is both exciting and excellent as opposed to being uninteresting. RIP Christine

It's a great album, and I don't miss Stevie Nicks on it. I've never liked her voice much anyway. It's pretty pathetic that a year later, all of them chose Stevie over Lindsey and fired him. Nicks gave the band an ultimatum-either they fire LB or she'd walk. Talk about being stabbed in the back by Christine in particular after just making this nice album. Nicks is still out there in 2024 at almost 80, dressing in old rags, singing along to her karaoke back up band, in casinos. Karma.

Actually, she didn't vote to fire him. She was out voted, and at the time, she was the only one who reached out to Lindsey separately to apologize for how things went down. He told her thar he had no ill will towards her. So, Christine and Lindsey were good with each other.

Thank you Lindsey for creating this video! I’m so happy the two of you were able to share some real time together (including John and Mick), enjoying the company and the talent. I love the presence you and Stevie bring to the stage, but Christine’s voice has always been very lulling to the ear, and the two of your voices together are what I consider the FM sound. Phenomenal musicians! ❤️

It is nice to see it, and Lindsey & Christine's chemistry was undeniable from the start. Unfortunately, Stevie did not have the same experience as they were former lovers with a very volatile relationship. Christine confirmed there was a confrontation backstage in 1977, where Lindsey was unprofessional onstage, mocking Stevie and very much under the influence. Christine actually slapped Lindsey backstage and told him never to do that again. Stevie gets a lot of flak but truth is, she was part of the band, and endured things that no one else had to.
