I live in Rhode Island and like to ride waves. That day, 09/11/2001, was one of the best days I've ever had. The surf was spectacular, great conditions and barely anyone at the beach. I hit up Green Hill Beach, a south facing beach with a fantastic left. Narragansett Town beach was massive. It faces SE, the swell was coming straight in and closing out the entire beach. I took a beating paddling out, but it was so worth it.

Thanks for the update, your reports are excellent and much appreciated. I observed Debby from Venice, FL. We had >10" rain. It was a significant tropical storm that came in repeated, intense waves of rain and gusts. Surge was moderate in our tidal canal, but there was some damage and flooding locally (I heard calls for high water rescue vehicle the local scanner; neighbors mother needed one!)

2:49,, living on a boat in southern Florida, we tend to pay attention to any weather forming, especially hurricanes. We we working on a framing job when the 911 attacks happened. I find it very odd that the news on the up coming hurricane was lacking. I didn’t hear about it till well after the attacks and very little news. That hurricane stopped and stayed out in the Atlantic and Then headed straight up the coast, very strange

I found out about IPR365 on a BB before Katrina - in twenty years I've never heard you engage in sensationalism. And that's very appreciated. There's plenty of that on cable/network weather and news networks and God knows all over youtoob.

Informing people that a hurricane is possible here is a good thing, especially since many may be unaware during this time of year. Your videos have been great over the years and the opinions of others will likely degrade them if you let it.

Reminds me of Hurricane Dennis. Formed around this time in 05 and looks like its gonna track that way too
