I'll say it once, I'll say it one hundred more bloody times, the musical design of WoW is nearly unmatched. I love their use of motif the absolute most. 22:20 - 22:45, you can hear the first, rising, triumphant notes of Anduin's theme before it changes course to something more unresolved, unknown, but hopeful; something unresolved, but a promise of strength. With every cycle of that interval, they add another note from his motif, representing his gradual step back to himself - a war within, a battle of small steps. Unmatched.

I suspect the music is less than half of what the final version will be. Usually the login music is 10+ minutes. IIRC think there was a shorter version of the Dragonflight music during the Dragonflight beta. If the music was too short it would just cut out and repeat early if you did anything other than immediately log in to a character (e.g. creating a new character, changing realms, etc).

That is the part of the intro that is new, the rest of the intro music is usually just the music of the zones etc just stitched onto it.

In the past they've shipped a short version before they tie in the full version that features other past expac themes, I think some past expacs had similar happen. I believe only Earthen and Arathi are featured atm in this at least

I would not be surprised if with those dragon aspects in that really cool hd wallpaper there is also all the earth elements here with air fire water earth and heart and arcane magic oh yeah and something else there are three male warrior figures and three female warrior figures though that was nice touch

that is a really cool HD picture showing six aspects and even though tyrande isn't an aspect definitely strong enough to be included in that kung fu strong group ready to protect the world tree. Talk about strength in numbers the size of the army that alextraza and vryenoth just being allies and recruiting dragons from all over azeroth and from outland i would not be surprised if they end up with an army so large that it would rival the size of the armys of the burning legion and that would be cool to see
