Of course it depends how thick steak you have. But about 4-5 minutes each side with this thick and for this doneness level. 👍

Yea it's good and the taste is quite interesting. It's different than normal pico de gallo. I have to admit that this ain't as good as that normal but this is so interesting that I recommend to try it yourself. 👨‍🍳

You can f off with that dried Thyme, thats a war crime. Dried woody herbs like Thyme and Rosemary loose all their flavour and just take like wood. I will find you and fight you about this.

Here are the recipes in this video: ⬇️ 1.Honey Garlic Chicken Tenderloin & Creamy Thyme Sauce: 500g of chicken tenderloin 1 tbsp grated garlic 1 tbsp honey 1 tbsp chili flakes 1 tbsp black pepper 1 tsp salt A little of butter for frying Sauce: Leave the chicken broth in the pan 3 dl cooking cream 1 tbsp Dijon mustard A handful of fresh thyme Boil the sauce over low heat until it has the right thickness 2. Nduja Chicken & Creamy Garlic Pasta: 5 Chicken thigh fillets 2 tbsp Nduja 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tbsp dried Oregano 200 g / 7 oz Creme Fraiche (herbs&garlic -flavour) Oven: 200°C / 400°F 30 minutes Pasta on pan: Cooked Pasta Olive oil 1 big one-clove Garlic (grated) 1 tsp Black Pepper 1 dl / 0,4 cups Cooking Cream 3. Ginger Garlic Chicken: 3 chicken fillets 2 solo garlic thin slices 2 tbsp Toasted sesame seed oil 1 tbsp honey 1 tsp ginger powder 1 tsp salt 1 tsp chiliflakes Oven: 200°C / 400°F 30mins Garnish with: dried chives 4. Mascarpone Chicken: Chicken fillets 200g Mascarpone cheese 1 tbsp Minced Garlic 1 tsp Dijon Mustard 1 tbsp Oregano 1 tsp Chiliflakes Olive oil Black Pepper Oven: 30 minutes 225°C / 425°F Finish with: Squeezed lemon (half) Fresh Chives 7. I haven't thought about it, but that's quite interesting idea. I would guess that'll make a good soup at least if you blend a simmer it. But as a sauce, maybe yes also. I think i have to test! 😁 you gave me something to think avout, thank you! 😃

@@BermudaBeach Do you mean like should you let it marinade for some time before putting it to oven? If you mean that, I didn't do it and it came out good. But it will do no harm, quite the opposite. So if you have time and want to let it marinade for example 1-2 hours, the flavors will intensify and go deeper and that's a good thing. ❤️

@@bradleyhamman9426 Oh my, this is an interesting idea. I have to admit I wasn't aware of this bloomin' onion thing. So had to google it and that's kinda interesting one. Looks like it should be deep-fried, and I'm not the fan of it. I mean I like deep-fried things but I'm not used to use those amounts of oil in my home kitchen. Maybe someday in the future. 😁 But looks like there is recipe to make baked bloomin' onion, so it's done in the oven and that sounds like something I definitely have to try! Though don't know if it's as good as deep fried. Thanks for this idea! Always keen to get this kind of inspiration to try new things 😃

This "ta" apparently also means thank you? Had to google it: TA means "it's an informal form of "thank you" among many British people. It's nice and short, comes across friendly, and unselfconscious in flavour. There could be any number of reasons why a person would use "ta" instead of "thanks" or "thank you" or "cheers." 😅
