Dude you're already making a 45° angle with the slope direction in the take off. See how your landing is impacted and also over rotated. Please fix that for educational purpose

FYI your upper body alignment in your Ollies (at least standing still) is WAY off. You shouldn't have arms parallel to legs. You want a fighting stance like in karate so you can control through counter rotation in the air.

This is so good! The 1st POV was incredibly helpful for visualizing this. I'd totally add more in future how-to breakdowns. Explaining the do/don't slide and then a 1st person POV would be the trifecta for learning/priming these tricks before taking them on the snow! Amazing work as always :D

I love these breakdowns! The only intimidating part for me to try it is the size pf the jump. Im sure that the same principles apply but could you demonstrate it on small jumps or even bumps? Thanks!!!

I have one. It's a Night & Day difference once you're on the snow, in motion, with a slippery base on a slippery rail.
@SnowboardAddiction8 күн бұрын
Getting that body positioning and movement dialed off snow is super important, then on snow - speed is your friend! On smaller managble features like disco boxes and low to the ground low consequence tube features! You could also invest in some impact shorts too which will help minimise injury! Get a friend to record you and it will help show you where your going wrong, and don't forget if you join ADDICTION+ Team you can submit clips for video analysis by our coaches to really help you improve! www.addictionplus.tv
@JonGPxl8 күн бұрын
@seanc4486 so not recommended? I find the same with trampoline training. Teaches you grabs but rotations are not very transferable to snow/airbags. Still fun though.
@seanc44863 күн бұрын
@JonGPxl Trampolines are good for air awareness, especially with flips. And practicing grabs like you said. The rail trainer maybe is a confidence booster for some people, but i find it very different once you're actually riding in the park and the injury factor is present.
@JonGPxl2 күн бұрын
@@seanc4486 I went jib training today as it happens, first time. For sure a jib practice board is only 25% of it. But at least you can practice that 25% at home. Shame it's so expensive
