Wonderful for me to see the Wolverhampton trolley bus after all these years, but just look at Royal Blue of the Walsall bus !

Do you know anyone who would be willing to rent a third or fourth floor room, at the Hotel Victoria that overlooks the huge plaza in front of Basel's main train station? My husband and I stayed there a few years ago. We looked out our bedroom window and were blown away by all the different coloured trams cars, city buses, taxis, and bicycles sliding past one another. The view from above was amazing.

Largs holiday resort and ferry terminal for millport and Rothesay Yes my self and wife June and family have been on this wonderful paddle steamer five times over the years. It's great to get around the vessel even down to the engine room. Wonderful trips all over West coast of Scotland.

Lovely little video, hopefully Balmoral will be back sailing in the not too distant future let’s hope Birnbeck Piers restoration goes ahead as well, hopefully with some kind of landing stage as I think the north jetty is not going to be kept.

Interesting video! I remember riding on the old miniature railway as a child. I'll have to revisit when the new railway is up and running.
@PeteDevrell8 ай бұрын
I called in at Tintern recently to see the new railway. Although the line was was closed at the time it appeared to be just a basic out and back section of track. It was heavily fenced in and certainly lacked the characteristics of an attractive miniature railway. There were no run round loops, signals or any evidence of steam operating facilities. It was most disappointing. Quite a contrast to your lovely rare footage of the original line in operation!

@@PeteDevrell Thank you for the info. That's a shame to hear but I'm glad to hear you found my video of the old miniature railway.

I didn’t want to go on that like Weymouth 2 weeks after Gloucester’s summer camp when I was 25, cause I tried to put my feet down in the outdoor pool in Portishead 2 months before where I thought it was shallow and I shouted and my back went a bit.
