@ it hard to determine that via text but yes i do agree also, abs should not be skipped! They bring the top and bottom larger muscle groups together for an aesthetic physique 🙏 abs workouts ironically are the reason most people start training but end up becoming the ones people skip 🤣

@@granitfit My humor is dry. I grew up with a dad in the Army and an older brother. Dad had us start doing push ups and sit ups from very young. My brother loved push ups more and I liked sit ups more. I followed my brother into wrestling. I'm 24 and saw my first gymnast in person. He started training at our gym early this summer and is super impressive. Friday nights he mostly trained his abs and was totally impressive. He even let some of us throw some very hard punches to his abs. It was a first for me. Unfortunately he stopped coming to our gym. But that got me wanting to train to take hard punches. That was also a first for me. Dad is stationed in Germany now and I will be visiting him for my 25th birthday. My goal is to let him and my brother throw their hardest 10 punches. So definitely I never skip abs.

@@granitfit There is a difference between controlling the eccentric and doing exercises in a pointlessly exaggerated slow motion. Both the top and bottom videos are stupid. If you have to do pushups like on the bottom to reach failure, then add a weight vest or have someone put a plate on your back or something.
