First time I commented to a video of yours for some time. And also a happy new year as well to you. For the situation with the new direction of Platinum Games and debut of Clovers Studio composed of former staff at Platinum Games, it's more fitting to say it's bittersweet. But perhaps this was to be expected given how some of Platinum Games' more recent games went. I won't comment much on Bayonetta 3 other than what I view it to be based on how much I've seen of it. What Devil May Cry 2013 was to the Devil May Cry series is what Bayonetta 3 is to the Bayonetta series. And that's all I'll say on that. I don't what the future holds for both Platinum Games and Clovers Studio, but I can only hope for the best. And that they both show what is a good representation of a balance between creativity and respect/compassion to their franchises. Platinum Games may play it safer or more predictable given what their CEO may be aiming for, but I think whatever direction the studio takes with projects they intend to make, I think there is a chance they could be effective. And that's all I will say.

Creative and financial balance is harder to achieve nowadays, a creator may not have business sense, a business man may not have creativity, and it is rare for someone to have both. I'm crossing my fingers and praying for both Platinum and Clovers.

Personally the only way to fix gaming in general is to let the gaming crash happen again and we gotta gate keep so it won't happen again. Not to mention actually hiring people with skills and passion over a diversity quota they gotta fill out which is both insane and disgusting practice. Localization needs to stop taking away dialogue or changing the story i.e fire emblem fates and three houses are good examples on what I meant by that.
