What's interesting to me is the change in attitudes between him and his uncle. With total acceptance now and the dating apps the nephew does not seem too interested in going to the bars. Thirty or more years ago they were the only way to meet guys so they were more important for the gay community .

I visited New York few years ago on holiday. I had a brilliant time, and love the people there of NY. They were hard to begin with but once they know you they are amazing. Also helped that i already had friends in NY. When it comes to LA, I've never visited there. What are the people like in LA/ Beverly Hills? I believe that it is the people that makes a place great or bad regardless of how rich or poor a place is. If the people are genuinely warm, you'll have a brilliant time even if the area is poor.

What a total RIP OFF !!!!!! 500 baht to enter, then 500 baht for a drink, You must be crazy to come here. & if you want to talk to a guy, you have to pay 400 baht. I've never been to one of them places & I WON'T either. You also have to be careful they don't put ethanol in your drink. ewwww

I live here in FLL and would live nowhere else. Calm comfortable and if you want crazy just drive 30 miles south. You missed the best club of Wilton Manors, Ram Rod. The place where all the fun is. Come again and make sure you leave nothing but foot prints and your money.

So 😅I n Bangkok Close to gay bars is there a 5star hotel. Or more luxury? I don’t want roaches. Rats. Mice. Bugs lol. I haven’t stayed here but you want to stay in the neighborhood called Silom if you want to be walkable to the gay bars. Here is a hotel close to the DJ station that’s 5 stars. Download the Expedia app to look at this hotel in Bangkok. Download the app grab which is Thailand’s version of uber. You can use grab to take a car service to your hotel when you land. If you wanna get a SIM card, you can get your SIM card before you go on AIS. After your video at the Paradise Complex bar street, I asked about you doing another video 1 block south (where the dolphin fountain is) showcasing the other gay businesses. @@biggooseadventures No. I live in South Florida. I went there the first time last February (2024). I went back in May. I became friends with several of the massage boys; 5 of them keep in touch on WhatsApp. 1 day I cleaned out the ice cream bars at 7-11 and passed them out to the massage boys sitting outside. They ALL remembered me after that! I hope to go back for the Songkran Festival in April (it is a really wild time). When I was there in May they were remodeling several of the buildings. A few new businesses opened up. I am excited by the renewal the area is experiencing!

@@biggooseadventures I own a house in downtown Ft Lauderdale. The massage boys work 12 hours a day, 6 days a week. The only time they get paid is when they do the massages. Any money they make from the "Happy endings" goes directly to them. If they don't have a customer, they don't eat. 1 day I wanted a slice of pizza. I ended up getting 2 whole pies. I took them to the massage shop and told them to come eat. 1 by 1 they would come up and grab a slice. There were enough for 2 slices a piece. Eventually they leaned to trust me and we had a good time together. They may be sex workers but they are also humans! They deserve to be treated better.

@@jamesquivey1538 that’s awesome. Whenever I get a massage I just give them as a tip what the massage cost. I don’t do the happy endings ones but definitely let the gay boys do it. I get a Thai massage usually which is normally $250 or $300 Baht and I give the $250 or $300 baht tip. Even with the tip is beyond cheap. Do you plan on ever living in Thailand?

I went to the Bangla Night Market for a Banana and Nutella Rotti (Incredible, you have to try it!). While I was sitting at a table, waiting for the food I saw several rats running under the serving carts. The woman cooking my Rotti didn't flinch. As I was walking to the back route toward Rat Uthit Road, a guy tried to sell me cocaine. Not 1 of my better memories!

Thanks for the review. When flying into BKK internationally and arriving in the early morning, do you usually book the night before so you can check right into the hotel or do you wait for check in time? Just curious what your experience is.
