yeah, since few HP is lost in transmission and gearbox. Full power should be either 138 or 140, depending on the documentation.

it could be that the valves are ticking because of that, but ive sold the car shortly later. It had some carburetor issues.

Nobody ever paint like this please... It's cringe worthy. Most likely will have runs, orange peel, poor adhesion and uneven drying. You need to sand or scuff the surface to ensure proper adhesion. Promoter usually isn't necessary if using the correct paint. First coat is a light dusting while moving the can side to side and begin the spray when in motion. Don't start at a fixed point. Wait 5 minutes and spray another coat only this one a little thicker but not too much. Just decent coverage. Wait 5 minutes. The third coat is your most complete coat and maybe your last. If it seems like you have really nice coverage, no runs or orange peel, let paint set for at least an hour before reinstall. Plastics are pretty easy. Good luck.
