As a devoted Superman fan, I still gotta say it's a treat to see the "WTF?!?" look on Supes' face when Batman throws him over his shoulder. 😊

After seeing this compilation, I finally realize one of the reasons Nolan’s interpretations are among the best: dread. The animated series (which all true fans know is the best) was different from all the other superhero shows because it always maintained tragedy and dread.

For me one of the best scenes of how scary Batman can is, comes from Year One where he walks out of a lake of fire toward a criminal with a hostage.

I can't believe this didn't include the time in Superman v. Batman, where he saved Superman's mom by fighting an army of mercenaries. He literally took a shotgun blast to the face as he was beating up some guy and it barely faced him. Best scene of the movie without a doubt.

9:45 I get that’s not what he wanted to hear but this is all the extended dialogue I remember Martian Manhunter and Batman ever really had. Kind of sucks Bat was giving him attitude. I figured they’d get along great. Batman always claims to be misunderstood, Jonn is always understood, so why wouldn’t they have more dialogue together.

I love the "mine are bigger than yours" moment so much. Not just because the line is hilarious, but because it's one of the rare instances of Batman not only cracking a smile, but a full faced smirk. It really demonstrates just how much he's truly enjoying this opportunity to dunk on Waller.
