I’ve been with navy fed for some years. I thought at first they would give me a good deal when looking for a house but tell me why when they pulled my credit they came back with it being at a 707, while other institutions said it was a 741? I will not be using them for my home loan. They will low ball you and like I said it’s sad that I’ve been with them for years smh

Yes indeed. Credit is a powerful tool ! I got approved with Navy back in 2018 for a house in the country with 50 acres so I can put cattle on my land for tax purposes. See we have to understand about cattle and livestock and that’s what they do not teach us in school. When you buy a house, you buy out in the country because that’s where you get your money worth. You never buy in a Neighborhood because it’s more money that you are loosing because you can’t do nothing with it. You have HOA, High Taxes and so on. I bought my land to add 2 more houses for both of my daughters and grandkids and to grow my vegetables and fruit. I have my own water well, my own gas, and also panels for my lights. So actually I do not have no utility bills. I have 8 cows, 25 chickens, 6 pigs, 6 goats and it’s all tax right off.
