This is so interresting. I do aikido and we are totaly missing these kind of classes. It would be so amazing to also have a range of exercises we can do with our young aikidoka. For the ukemi I'll try some of these excercises.

I guess I can see your issue, but you would possibly be surprised if you tried. The wrist does not actually take much strain as you use the edge not the hand ;)
