I have applied for study permit extension since 5th july and on 30th September my study permit is expiring. Today is 18th sep and I have not received any extension mail still. I'm inside Canada, should I raise web form for this? Because it is more than 6 weeks already. Any suggestions? Guidance would be more than helpful

@@manpreetkaur2769 yes I got it, it will just take time but you'll get it and if it's necessary file web form. My extension came after 100 days of application

Hii.. my medical was done on 18oct but it's not updated to ircc due to their technical issues... I've raised web form on 1 dec but no reply is there either... My clg will start on 8th Jan 2024 and I'm still waiting for my PPR... Is there any hope?? Also, what are the possible solutions? It would be great if you reply as soon as possible...

Hi sir, I submitted my biometrics on April 20, 2022, for a Temporary Resident Visa and Work Permit. I went through a consultancy to process my application. I received an offer letter, an LMIA, and an email from the Canadian company. It has been one year since then. I checked with the consultant, and he informed me that our immigration lawyer in Canada has requested a webform to the IRCC to inquire about the results, as it has been one year. Now, the IRCC has replied to the immigration lawyer, stating that they will provide an update by July 13, 2023. Is this the correct process, sir? Will the Canadian IRCC honor their promises to the Canadian lawyer regarding the approval of visa files for applicants who have made webform requests? Please reply when you have the time, sir. 🙏
