hello, before the new website we had access to the EDDM website with our logo and mark-up price. We used to be able to show our customer when selecting product and routes. How can we find access to that page?

Hey does anyone actually work there. I have tried calling, emailing, chat, wait for call back for the past three weeks and absolute silence no response. No one answers the phone, no one returns email, your chatbot on the trade site doesn't work and there is not one on the the new site. Have waiting two days for a call back. No one bothered. Since you have launched the new website your service gone from 100 to 0. What happened. I recommend GotPrint. they actually do respond to emails, phone calls. Been a loyal customer for since 2009.

I have been a customer for a long time and something happened there ever since you changed websites. Customer service is dropped dramatically and your full services EDDM is flawed. My order of 5,000 was sent to the post office and half the bundles of 100s fell apart. The post mater said that the mail carriers would be throwing half my order away since they fell apart. Then the postage was late. Then soon after this, your team some how merged my account with all my contacts to another account that I manage for their business. No data is safe with 4Over. I tired to work with customer support and I got the run around so many times. I was willing to help 4Over to fix these issues and talk with a manager, but I was ignored. Many years of great customer service and service down the tubes. The print quality is always good at least. I have to use a competitor now. I did love working with you all in the past, but now I want to pull my hair out.

Unfortunatley 4over lost business due to the fact they will not ship your order together which raises the cost substantially.

4Over is great and the video shows how much dedication and work is done on orders. Ordering on their website is very user friendly and offer a large variety of products.

how come nobody at 4over talks about printer bridge at all.

4over use to be a big part of my business, I was able to count on you. Lately I lose customers every time I use 4over. Poor communication, slow production and UPS is the worst...adding to the problem. Great product, terrible service.

I enjoy working with 4over however the turn around time has been extremely slow especially with the banners within the last past 2 months. I hope this will improve soon.

Where to buy these backdrop stand

What is the quality of the hardware? Ive purchased heavy duty and light thin aluminum tent hardware in the past. I use these at bike races and hang 3-4 bikes from them. Heavy duty ones handle them without a problem. The light aluminum ones will bend. What can I expect from this 4over branded tent hardware? thanks
