It is a well designed tool that allows you to de-muffle or flatten you an arbitrary instrument or sample in your DAW with ease. However using bloom in the master bus is a complex process since the DSP can, and will under most circumstances, mess around with the phase and overall stereo image. This should always be considered while doing your mixes. Bloom allows quality modes like linear-phase or minimal-phase. Their manual recommends high-resolution - linear-phase for master bus. Netherthenless the design of an real-time adaptive EQ will without upsamling either sacrifize its frequency control or the phase response of the signal. If you are interested you could analyze this tool within Plugin Doctor, if possible. Best
