Going to assume that a day is 4hr/day. As a installer my self. It looks like husky but i can be wrong. Love their product. Easy to work with.

Yes Husky. Our crews usually work at least 8 hours a day depending on the job

Yes. You can install a beam at the very top of the rack and have a continuous shelf level no problem

You gotta do a better job vacuuming I install pallet rack as well and it needs to be done there should be little to no concrete dust left after anchoring
