This song puts underated to a new level. This is the only time that I know of that they actually performed this, though it was lipsynced on a Network program. The Gene Simmons solo band has, perform this live, but kiss has never broke this out live. Not even on the Kiss Kruise.

En septiembre del 81..! Carisma la primera canción del lado B tuvo mucho éxito en Mexico del LP“Dinasty” Promocionaban “The Elder”. En su primera visita a México. Recién habían cumplido ocho años de haberse constituido. Ahí me di cuenta que no eran sólo 4 cuates tocando rock; había mucha gente detrás de ellos. Vendían maquillaje. Juguetes, Videos, cómics, recién habían hecho una película para televisión que fue proyectada en México, en cines. Los estudios de audio y la gente que trabajaba en el montaje de luces fuegos artificiales, plataformas y todo el espectáculo sin precedentes.

Eric Carr. Anton Fig played on the album. Its just a playback performance on Mexican TV. Charisma was a big hit (2 years earlier) in the country so they wanted KISS to play that instead of any The Elder songs.
