I feel you. Since I got sick with the flu a couple weeks ago, I haven’t exercised. Finally got around the taking the dogs on a walk today, and I was SPENT.

One day at a time, I was hit by a semi in my 30's then got sick at 40. But im scared to stop moving too😢. I have to use crutches to walk but im not giving up. Keeping you in my prayers❤

@@ninjatabby25 you have to talk to your vet. For mine stewed chicken is excellent protein for them! Every breed is different. Mine get only organic!

Our local McDonalds must be working on not wasting food, they pull most cars out to wait in drive thru. But I don’t mind because the food is fresh.
