When you charged it was the flap closed? If so I would unzip them vest and make sure the flap is not connected and try charging again. Once it’s fully charged then try updating the firmware with your phone right next to the vest, let me know if that works

@@Pmason718 Did that, and actually says that my battery is not charged, and than gives me a contact customer service warning. Another thing it turns off by itself after like 1 min on.

No comparison to be honest. The torque on the SDGT is night and day especially if you have the track pack installed. The FJ/Tracer 900 is an amazing bike take nothing from it but you talking 15k (Tracer) vs 22K (SDGT)

Sorry no install video but it took about 1 or so. The RC8 handle bars has a small hole in it from the factory so just feed the wires through the bar end side and pull it out of the hole on the other end.

The videos you see of a air bag vest with an attachment it’s known as a tether and this vest doesn’t use a tether. This vest has 6 sensors and the algorithm knows when an accident or fall is present and inflates. I love the vest I wear it all the time. If I had one issue it would be with the app but that can always be improved with an update. The app is ok but could be better

Nvicto Cepero The speakers are not heavy and I feel like they look bigger in video than in person. I have these on my Z125 which has a stock exhaust and I can still here them with the engine running. I would not install these on a Harley or any type of motorcycle with a loud exhaust. I was going to do a installation video but changed my mind, the speakers sound good I do wish they were a notch or two louder

I was one of the first ones with the remote so I didn't know what all the buttons did at the time and even if I did this video wouldn't be relevant bc with the firmware update the buttons changed slightly, so what one button use to do it no longer does. It's people like you that do nothing but complain appreciate the video it the object was to show how much room left hand would have with the remote installed

Pmason718 thanks. I have tried that a few times, but still the buttons work just as I said.. so your front button works your phone? If I push the joystick in, it doesnt do anything.. intercom only comes on when I press the front button... weird right

dafobra Hey I just left Sena website and noticed that if your using the 20S with firmware version 1.4.1 than the buttons have been changed from the documentation that shipped with the handle bar remote. The documentation is based off of firmware version 1.4 as far as the buttons go.

Use the 20S user guide from there website not the one that came in the box with the headset. You will also need to update the firmware on the 20S to 1.4 which is currently the latest one available.

That was it, the guide doesn't indicate there is a "remote pairing" function. I got it, thanks, I was getting very frustrated.

Did you update your firmware? How do you like the remote so far?

I updated the firmware when I got it yesterday, but have not yet ridden with it. I rode 500ish miles yesterday and the remote came in the mail when I was gone. Just testing it I liked it, but I'll have to ride before I can pass final judgement.
