Basic strategy is as follows- spirit of renewal/ spirit of cyrtarachne class item make you super tanky, tanking enemies in your duskfield and fills the role of autoreloading yiur weapons as well. You get roughly an additional 80% DR tanking enemies in the duskfield. You can fire with the velocity baton and follow up with the grenade to autoreload it via demolitionist. You can then swap to your multimach with attrition orbs and kinetic tremors as the enemy is freezing and use a dodge or melee to fill the brief time before that happens if needed, to activate facet of command reloading your equipped weapon, and unload with the smg. That process of using these 2 weapons spawns 3 orbs per rotation. These 3 orbs combined with the armor mods giving chunk regen from melee and dodge as well, will bring back your grenade in about 4 seconds so you can repeat the rotation, at about just the right timing since the rotation takes just over 4 seconds which is the cooldown of facet of command. So you can repeat that rotation, spawning 3 orbs per rotation, and never having to reload with either weapon. Powerful attraction plays a crucial role so you can grab the orbs when you need to and survive, and winters shroud boosting your dodge cooldown rate, along with facet of hope constantly being active, combined with the orbs, will give you under a 6 second dodge cooldown. This also allows you to have radiant up a huge chunk of the time since that lasts 5 seconds after melee, and also allows you to sever enemies lowering their dmg by 40% making you even more tanky and safe doing the rotation. You can also throw in heavy attacks with heartshadow as added burst damage, and you have the potential to use this attack right after firing with velocity baton so you have orbs spawning while you are invisible. In these ways, all the elements of the build seem to synergize very effectively. Additionally, you can use a refined tonic of weakening void to have your smg autoreload after you damage a boss or champion or break a shield, which seems to have some cooldown per target. This gives you the potential to spam the smg even more without needing to reload. The GL light transcendence over time, the duskfield dark transcendence, and the smg giving both, gives you transcendence extremely fast, which allows you to autoreload and fire both weapons even more reliably utilizing demolitionist/ facet of command, making you able to play aggressively and spawn orbs quicker. These things also bring back your super blazing fast. It also helps to milk the enemies for orbs by spamming velocity baton on them while they are in the tether, thus bringing back a lot of super energy right away, and simultaneously feeding into your tankiness as well. I've gone back and forth with artifact perks because I think certain ones don't contribute a ton to the load out. For now, since a several people have asked, here's a dim link for the load out used here: dim.gg/ngsg4ni/Equipped My logic with debilitating wave was that when it's boosted you can weaken enemies with a finisher, and I was hoping to use that to get devour easily by just finishing near ads and weakening the group so I can activate power from pain where you need rapid kills on weakened enemies. However, when I've used it a bit, I've noticed the wave it sends out is very small, and easily misses. Getting devour can seem inconsistent. On top of that, I'm not sure devour actually contributes that much to the build, both since it seems a bit inconsistent to trigger and because the orb spawning is probably just better than relying on devour, so you just hit the enemies a number of times without needing kills. So basically in the version I've been using instead, I use in the thick of it instead of power from pain, and brain freeze instead of debilitating wave. Then I use tonic of brawling, so I have even more damage resistance at point blank range, and (it seems like from testing) something like 20 more healing from orb pickup. I believe this version is better than the version used in this video, but I suppose you could try either if you want. Releasing the Shockwave on finisher seems a little fun, though I'm not sure it contributes a ton. Of course you could even go for a tonic of weakening void for more autreloading of the smg, but I'm just not sure it's super necesarry with the other autreloads built into this build. So yeah there are a couple different options for tonics you could try and swapping out those artifact perks.

Oh and if I understand right from what I've read, tonic of weakening void's autoreload only works specifically when it weakens, which is why it activates kinda infrequently and partly why I'm not sure it's that amazing compared to the other autoreloads here. But let me know if I'm wrong.

Oh I forgot to mention that I have 2 shadestalker armor pieces equipped because of the artifact perk where finishers against powerful combatants give 100 hp and 25% damage resist for 10 seconds. It just makes the build even more tanky if you prioritize those guys

OK I'll try to get to sharing a dim link soon. Thanks for the support! Main important parts are that I'm using a spirit of renewal/ spirit of cyrtarachne class item to be super tanky because those 2 things give you like 80% damage resistance tanking them in the grenade. Then with a void super and facet of purpose, you get 70 health basically a 75 hp overshield on orb pickup. That goes a looong way with all the damage resistance on the class item. Then you have 2 grenade Kickstart mods and an impact induction mod on the gloves so that the armor charge your getting is getting your Grenade back, and so is your powered melee, which comes back on dodge, and since your constantly near guys in the duskfield with winters shroud Givin you 2x class ability regen, and facet of hope basically constantly giving you another 1.6x class ability regen, your dodge/melee have a cooldown of 7 seconds, but really most the time 6 seconds or less because of absolution on legs. Legs are recuperation, inner vation, absolution, since grenades are a priority but class ability energy is nice too. Class item is bomber, powerful attraction, special finisher, to better improve grabbing the orbs and bringing back your grenade. With the loop of melee and dodge for every grenade, you get enough chunk energy to constantly have your duskfield up from getting 3 orbs of power, which also gives you a lot of healing/ over-shields. Then there's the reason i get so much autoreloading- the velocity baton with attrition orbs and demolitionist auto-reloads off grenade toss, cooldown 3 seconds. I have facet of command on, so that I can either reload the grenade launcher a second time off of dodging to finish the freezing from the grenade, or I can swap to smg immediately after firing a volley if I need to reload my smg using facet of command. That's a breakdown of how the build works so well. Oh, and of course the void super itself works well in the build, because as enemies ate pulled into it and suppressed you can milk them for orbs with the velocity baton which is crazy effective.

One other useful detail actually is how heartshadow can function in it- I would argue this may be like the best build ever for heartshadow for how it can be utilized. Since you are in the enemy's face you can utilize its full heavy attack damage, but there's more- the invisibility can also be useful if your smart with it during a fight with high health targets. You can go invisible right after you fire a volley with the GL, which then can spawn 1 or 2 orbs while your invisible. So if you use that attack towards when your defense is wearing off, you can wait for the rest of the grenade to come back, with the orb spawning occuring while your invisible helping.

I kept making a silly mistake using this build, mainly in the boss room. I didn't realize at the time that trench barrel deactivates when you stow the weapon, so when I was trying to combo the shotgun with the heartshadow sword heavy attack, I was debuffing my shotgun. Sometimes I even used melee before swapping to shotgun so it didn't activate. Apologies, I haven't used that mod that much in the past😅

Okay I've never made build or guide videos before but I'll consider it. I've experimented with different versions including this one, where I utilize demolitionist to autoreload the GL, and facet of command to autoreload the SMG right after, both of which work together to spawn orbs and bring back your grenade in a really short time. So for this one its cool because in a long fight or fighting a boss you can like never have to reload, be super tanky, and keep spawning orbs. Theres another version I have used because I figured if your going to get your dodge/ melee back fast and shotguns are overcharged then why not, is one where I use a shotgun with trench barrel which is amazing this season. The shotgun overcharge and the GL weakening combining with facet of dawn's radiance on melee, together with trench barrel equates about 2.7x damage for the 3 shots. You can burst down champions super quick, as well as be tanky by starting the fight with the velocity baton/ demolitionist and facet of command autoreloads to get 3 volleys in to spawn orbs like crazy on the champion/ads, then swap to shotgun and do insane burst damage. Since your constantly near slowed targets doing that you get your gambler's dodge, and thus your melee, very very fast. Facet of hope and winters shroud get it down to a 7 second cooldown being near slowed targets, but then the couple orbs you are sure to spawn get it down to under that via absolution, like a 6 second cooldown at most since with all those GL volleys your pretty much sure to spawn at least 3 orbs per rotation. As a result, you can constantly swap between orb spawning for like 3 seconds and shooting with a 2.7x damage radiant, trench barrel shotgun for 3 seconds with something like imperial decree. The only problem with that version is getting enough ammo on some levels, although a good chunk of the time you can finish guys in your duskfield like crazy. The version of that I'm trying to go for via trying to get spoils of conquest, includes the legend of acrius heavy shotgun which has trench barrel, the velocity baton, and the chill clip stasis sidearm. The stasis sidearm could double as a ranged weapon and utility, so you can be to get invisibility off of every kill to get close more easily to tank them in your duskfields, or alternatively freeze a tougher target in 3 shots before moving closer and using your velocity baton/duskfield, swap to shotgun, activate trench barrel, repeat.

@@moncriz8897 it's a mix of facet of hope's 1.6x class ability regen increase while you have woven mail or frost armor and the 2x from winters shroud while being near slowed targets, totaling at 3.2x, bringing it to a around a 6.9 second cooldown, then absolution with the orbs brings it down more. With the tanks, they spawn orbs like crazy due to all the spots you can hit with the GL, bringing abilities back very fast.

A copy of impact induction gives 12% chunk energy per melee, bomber for 12% chunk per dodge. 2 copies of grenade Kickstart, and a copy of innervation, absolution refunds the rest per 3 orbs. Bray legacy origin trait also gives like 3% per 10 hits, which is the same number needed per orb, so you can pretty much look at it as 18% per orb spawned with that weapon

@@sannic89 the barrel and mag I've got selected are confined launch and implosion rounds, with my logic being (correct me if I'm wrong regarding this stat for area denial GL's), stability affects how much the weapon shakes around during the burst, making it harder to land direct hits, which makes a difference for the orb spawning. Since it takes 10 hits to spawn an orb and this weapon is a 5-shot burst, landing all those direct hits makes a difference, especially when your utilizing auto-reloads. It's got enhanced demolitionist and attrition orbs. I'm utilizing the demolitionist auto-reload on grenade throw, then a bit after that I can get an auto reload again from facet of command reload on freeze, 4 second cooldown. My SMG is multimach ccx with attrition orbs and kinetic tremors. The build synergizes really well because spirit of renewal and spirit of cyrtarachne on my class item give enormous damage reduction right away from woven mail, frost armor as you stand in it, and 50% reduced damage to enemies inside it. So typically I will engage with a 5-shot burst of the GL, throw a grenade on him to debuff, fire again to finish spawning an orb, dodge to grab the orb to get overshields, healing, grenade energy, and power up grenade Kickstart with armor charge, and finish freezing the enemy and auto-reloading again from facet of command, and fire a 3rd time, throw out a severing melee and activate radiance off that, and swap to the multimach, fire off a clip, potentially swap to the Heartshadow sword to throw in burst damage with that stuff as well as use the invisibility to engage another target right in his face starting off with a volley of the GL and a grenade again. If I'm in a prolonged fight rather than going in and out of combat and I don't have time to reload, I can swap to the SMG shortly after I throw the grenade/fire with the GL rather than keep it out and dodge, so that way i use demolitionist to reload the GL and facet of command to reload the smg. Thats a nice part of the build, is the grenade giving you 2 autoreloads you can divy out. Anyway, that's a rough breakdown of how I try to optimize it

I recently learned you can safely jump on top of the tanks as it seems. For some reason I assumed you couldn't. I should just do that next time I fight a tank with this build, stand on top of it, spawn orbs and debuff with renewal, dodge to grab the orbs

I've fallen down the rabbit hole of watching these survival videos. Heartbreaking as it's going to be, I can't wait for the final chapter of this one. Level 225 is just insane. Imagine a single Survival level being 18 minutes long. Also, imagine scoring 7 million points (4 times world record runs for Arcade with most characters) in that single level and doing two 10,000+ hit combos. Does it give you stats for the amount of kills at the very end? Also loving how you're so good at the game that you not only make the sound glitch nearly every level because the game can't handle running itself, but that framerate glitching is also what ends up killing your run.

Yeah I always avoid electric blitz because it stops enemies from going into the air to be juggled and build up the combo, which is a lot of what final crash is used for aside from being agile with air senretsu Ken jump cancelling to dash around in the air after final crash. I also always avoid electric heavy attacks for the reason that it prevents air comboes in the air from launching enemies into the ground, which is also a large part of my strategy for giving myself a safe landing/stunning dangerous enemies as I dash right onto the fire spawned where they land. I also think elemental star is often given less credit than deserved- the electric damage spread allowing you to wipe out mobs easier, spread more stunning fires, and slowing them down as the re-approach you if they survive (particularly if you lvl up toxic heavy attacks a good amount) all are very useful, the wiping out cluttered mobs with damage spread probably being the most useful. I really try to get every purple perk, and hopefully get Mr. Y whose ability to disrupt the entire map better than any other tier 4 ally and launch them into the air and into your air attacks, makes him great. Finally, I like to get all 3 survival instinct upgrades if I can, totalling at an increase from 40% defense with ground level and defense maxed out, to 70% defense when you reach half life- in other words, when you reach half life, the damage you take is cut in half. So, I try to purposely spam defensive specials just until I get to half life, with the combo really high, then attack super aggressively knowing that if I do happen to get hit in that moment, I will survive it because of survival instinct, and if I don't get hit, I will be able to heal back up to max super quick cuz of my high combo. So there's a brief summary of my overall strategy

Oh also one big thing to consider is enemies who can one shot you from off-screen with weapon throws. If you land predictably out of your air senretsu Ken, they can easily wait till your about to land, throw at that moment, and one shot you. Similar thing with throwing guys. So to deal with this, I leave one of my jump cancels most the time to air senretsu Ken jump cancel (what I call a dash) to land quickly and too unpredictably for them to effectively do these things, particularly the darn off-screen weapon throwing guys. In the end here, I actually die from some kind of lag preventing my dash-land from working, resulting in me landing slowly, and getting 1 shotted by an off-screen weapon throw by a Donovan of a polearm

I was so fixed on getting “full electric” that I was blind to see it’s better to just take electric special with Shiva. You say “all purples”, I assume you mean apart from Glass Cannon? I love Glass for fun runs, can’t resist taking it 😉 You ever take it for fun? Since the patch it’s a bit more feasible to use too

Ah glass Canon is like unbearably bad. When it vastly increases the number of things/ normal enemies who can one shot you, it just makes it even more dangerous to use your specials to get the combo counter higher, which let's face it, heat of the battle is where most of the damage comes from anyways.

Yo! Yes, I had streamed a crazy run recently over like 5 days, where I got a new record for a random 4-perk sim, ending at LVL 233. Unfortunately, the game got a bit overwhelmed, and didn't let me jump cancel work for some reason, causing me to land slow after an air senretsu ken, and get 1 shot ko'd from an off-screen weapon throw.
