The Principal may be empaneled by CBSE as resources person to conduct training at various schools for which remuneration is paid by CBSE training department. Over and above A principal may conuct training at personal level for teachers of other school and can charge training fees.

The new education policy and UDISE along with state requirement of maintaining database of each students has made us to comply everything. The transfer certificate or TC is mandatory and those admitting without proper TC may face problmes lateron when there data will remain with previous school.

For opening any preprimary school not much rules framed or required to be maintained. I recommend to open any preprimary school in the name of registered trust or society or section 8 company. The land or bulding in any one's name may be leased to that trust or society or entity.

There is not much development towards regulation of preschool in Maharashtra so far except news of constitution of expert committee for this purpose. More information if any may be found at Concerened education office of the block or district.

The school is recognized by state government. Each state has their own database for maintaining the list of recognized schools. So i suggest to look for the state edication site for school where you find the school recogntion

To my knowledge no rules are their. Rather state or corporation, municipality or panchayat rules are to be followed for this.

For senior secondary cbse school it is mandatory to maintain composite lab and biology, chemistry and physics lab. The composite labs are meant for secondary section and the rest three labs are for senior secondary.

Educational quailification minimum B.Ed and masters degree. Experience atleast 7-10 years as teacher and 5 years in administrative role. These are indicative and inactulaity the experience may differ

For any school affiliated or non affiliated need to maintain and update UDISE CODE. And also need to inform the department regarding school operation as class VIII or Class X or class XII

so far each school has its own criteria to admit students in various classes and time to time various state rules are also implemented regarding admission. For exisitng students it is called preboard exam or sent up or similar terms. And if students donot perform or fail as per given guidelines then school may recommend non promotion or similar action.
