i follow your setup exactly what you show, but somehow i get a nonsense result such as the animation of the cutting process end up nothing. the cutting tool is moving across my workpiece but its not showing any cutting effects. and there no color contour on the workpiece while the cutting tool is moving across the workpiece. it just basically went through the workpiece. and the von misses value is just giving ridiculous value. i've been searching so many video guides and follow exactly its setup and i end up with the same problem. Does pc spec does have to do with this issue? if its not then why i cant get the exact result like yours ?

Actually bro.. We didn't find tool life by calculating.. But we just compared the stress in both the case.. So at faster speed we observe less stress with that tool shape and material :)
