I don't have Songque, and my 7.3 spending event Kiana ELF is only 2 stars. I have: SS Sera, SS DS and 2* Kiana. Which is better? Is it Sera considering that this team got 2 HSS?

SS Sera is still better because she provides AR recharge recovery, also at SS she has some TDM buffs
