When i get my new glasses Im going to either wrap them with that clear wrap or use some kind of ceramic coating to never have this problem again. I believe it's by design to happen.

I feel you. Plastics all deteriorate, especially when exposed to UV light. That is why car headlights also go bad after a few years. just like applying ceramic coating to a car paint and headlights help protect.

i tried to clean the glasses with isoisopropyl alcohol and got the same aspect do you think this process can restore it?
@TroubleshootLIfe3 ай бұрын
The alcohol will remove the oils and shine. You will have to buff it to a shine later. IF regular lubricant won't bring shine, you will have to buff it using the compound in the video and then the sealant to bring a shine back on after buffing :) Be careful if your glasses are older; the plastic may be brittle.

@TroubleshootLIfe Жыл бұрын
Hello there, I've cleaned my glassed multiple times now with this system :) As with any cleaning solution, you follow up by washing the glassing with your preferred soap once you polish the glasses. You need the compound at the beginning to remove the oxidation but you follow up with the other two to bring shine. You can alternative use any polish that you want. This is not any different than any other cleaner or surface you may be using :) such as the vinyl in your car, steering wheel, the cases on your phone, etc. Plastics also have their own chemicals as well. :)
