It has different highlights compared to VC4SL. It is the first charger that can measure the capacity of rechargeable 1.5V li-ion batteries. And it has wider battery capatibility. But it has no storage mode.

Yes, XTAR dive lights can be used on land. Water makes the dive light cooler. When flashlight works on land, it has shorter runtime in a high lumen mode.

@XTAR does anyone manufacture power strip converters as opposed to electrical plug converters people who travel between countries might appreciate? Perhaps first customer would be international moving companies who supply one such fused 5 or 6 power strip to clients as gift with purchase. Airports might carry 3 plug converter strip in shops. Am I ignorant of this already being available? Decided to ask a company in the business rather than google hunt for answer.

新買的VP4 PLUS 如果送電沒畫面，燈會閃，量內阻沒反應，充電亮藍燈而且充電10小時一樣無法充電，那就是一台閃光玩具不是充電器，不用再翻說明書了。
